Buying a Home in Airdrie or Calgary

When you buy the largest investment of your lifetime you want to feel confident in your choice of home and you want to know that you paid fair market value for it. The list of things to consider is long and there are multiple steps in the purchase of a home. There are many houses for sale in Calgary and Airdrie. Our job is to help you find the right house for you as we support you through each step and help you make a well informed decision.
This is how The Carre Group will help you.
We make it a point to learn about our client's needs, wants, wishes and deal breakers. For example, it's not enough for us to know that you want a 3 bedroom home and that bungalows are your favorite floor plan, those are just the basics. We want to know if you are drawn to a specific layout or if you prefer white cabinets over oak. We want to know what type of furniture you will need to fit into the space and how you are going to use each room. When we set up a search for you on the MLS® we can specify a lot of things in the search parameters, but there are some things you can't search for and that's our job, we are the second filter.
Once we are in a home we can answer questions about resale value, how you could increase the value of the home (if at all) and discuss with you how the home is priced compared to the competition.
Fair Market Value
When you find the home you want to buy we will review recent sold properties to determine fair market value, from there we will devise a strategy for negotiations. Although price is a huge factor in the negotiations, it isn't the only one and we will also review the other elements of the purchase contract with you.
Conditional Offers
If you have conditions in your offer we will assist you in finding the right professionals to satisfy them. When the conditions are waived we will ensure all paperwork is processed and sent to your lawyers in a timely manner so that your purchase will close on time and you can move in and enjoy your new home.
