Michelle Carre
403.948.1411Michelle was raised in Airdrie from the time she was 7 months old and has had the opportunity to see it grow from a town of 8200 to a city of over 40,000 and counting. She has lived in 9 different communities and has the inside track to Airdrie’s amenities, history and future.
Michelle began her career at WestJet and her drive took her from an entry level position to a corporate leader in instructional design. Her ingenuity led her to create cutting edge interactive training at WestJet.
In 2006 Michelle decided to join her Dad (Alan Tennant) and his then partner, Frank Shreenan in real estate. She has a long standing passion for homes and a commitment to taking care of her clients.
Michelle is also committed to her community and has been involved with the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce, Airdrie Centennial Celebrations and ARTember.
Matt Carre
Matt started a career in marketing with an amazing golf swing (he earned a golf scholarship to Southeastern Louisiana University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing). From there his route to real estate was through the Sherwin Williams Paint Company where he rose from training to operations manager. By 2001 Matt was the Southeastern United States Operation Manager of CDI Restoration, a company that specialized in waterproofing and roofing.
Matt earned his real estate license in 2006 and joined what at the time was known as The Alan Tennant Team in Airdrie where he is applying his extensive and varied background with the underlying belief that customers come first.
Matt has lived in Airdrie since 2006 and has volunteered in many Community Cafe’s. He was also involved with the Alberta 55+ Games and he sits on the board of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce as well as the RE/MAX® General Advertising Committee.
Charlotte Allen
Charlotte plays a key role in The Carre Group as the Office Manager.
Charlotte is not a licensed REALTOR®. Her role is to keep the team in constant contact with all clients and to ensure the process is run smoothly for everyone. She is always cheerful and willing to help take care of things.
